With nearly four decades of deep roots in Vance and Granville Counties, Frank brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for community service. Recognized as a recipient of the 2020 Governor’s Volunteer Service Award, Frank’s unwavering commitment to enhancing our neighborhoods shines brightly.


Frank’s impressive background includes serving as a Former Senior Pastor, esteemed member of the Executive Council of the Cornerstone Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC), and the visionary behind the Chaplain Program at Maria Parham Hospital of Henderson. His leadership extends across various spheres, notably in crime prevention efforts. Frank has contributed significantly to initiatives such as Henderson/Vance County Crime Stoppers and currently leads Granville County Crime Stoppers.


In addition to his esteemed service, Frank is now lending his expertise to his son’s funeral home business, spanning three locations. His continued commitment to serving his community in times of both joy and sorrow exemplifies his dedication to the people of North Carolina’s First District.
