Frank’s impressive background includes serving as a Former Senior Pastor, esteemed member of the Executive Council of the Cornerstone Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC), and the visionary behind the Chaplain Program at Maria Parham Hospital of Henderson. His leadership extends across various spheres, notably in crime prevention efforts. Frank has contributed significantly to initiatives such as Henderson/Vance County Crime Stoppers and currently leads Granville County Crime Stoppers.
